Email flipradarhelp@gmail.com. If you have an account, you can also open Settings → Contact support in the app. Please include what you were doing, what you expected and what happened, and the email address of your account. Never send your password.
Quick fixes
- Page looks old or broken: reload with Ctrl+F5 (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
- Asked to log in again: sign out and in again. Your session may have expired.
- No results or no trends: the price data comes from eBay and may be briefly unavailable. Try again later.
- No Telegram alerts: link Telegram again in the app and check that you started the bot.

Ask us to export or delete your account and data at any time. See the privacy policy.
Scams and safety
FlippedRadar warns about typical scam signs, but cannot guarantee a listing is safe. Never pay outside the marketplace's protected checkout, and be careful with requests to pay in advance or to move to another chat app.

Mail naar flipradarhelp@gmail.com. Heb je een account, dan kan je ook Instellingen → Contact support in de app openen. Vertel wat je deed, wat je verwachtte en wat er gebeurde, plus het e-mailadres van je account. Stuur nooit je wachtwoord.
Snelle oplossingen
- Pagina ziet er oud of kapot uit: herlaad met Ctrl+F5.
- Opnieuw moeten inloggen: log uit en weer in. Je sessie kan verlopen zijn.
- Geen resultaten of trends: de prijsgegevens komen van eBay en kunnen even niet beschikbaar zijn. Probeer later opnieuw.
- Geen Telegram-meldingen: koppel Telegram opnieuw in de app en controleer of je de bot hebt gestart.

Oplichting en veiligheid
FlippedRadar waarschuwt voor typische oplichtingssignalen, maar kan niet garanderen dat een advertentie veilig is. Betaal nooit buiten de beschermde betaling van het platform en wees voorzichtig bij vragen om vooraf te betalen of naar een andere chat-app te gaan.
